🔧 Our Solution: Brush Plating
Leveraging our expertise, we applied our proprietary Brush Copper Plating to the threads of the subsea hanger, ensuring exceptional adhesion and durability. Here’s how we achieved it:

1️⃣ Meticulous Preparation:
Degreasing and masking were carefully executed to isolate the targeted areas for plating.
Advanced electrolytic cleaning processes removed all contaminants, ensuring a pristine surface.

2️⃣ Layered Plating for Superior Performance:
A foundation layer of nickel was applied to establish a strong bond.
This was followed by copper plating, which provided anti-galling properties and enhanced the durability of the threads.

3️⃣ Adhesion Testing:
The hanger underwent rigorous testing, including Adhesion Tape Tests and a High-Pressure Water Jet Test, to confirm the integrity and strength of the plating. Both tests were successfully passed, ensuring the copper plating would remain intact under harsh operational conditions.
