Our recent repair work on a Telescopic Boom Cylinder exemplifies our commitment to quality and excellence. The Challenge: The Telescopic Boom Cylinder was showing signs of wear, with multiple scorelines, indentations, and worn areas. These issues were affecting the cylinder's operational efficiency, posing a challenge that required our specialized approach. Our Solution: 1. Pre-Inspection Survey : Before starting the repair, our team conducted a thorough inspection to assess the extent of the damage and devise a tailored repair plan. 2. Preparation : We opened the damaged areas for plating, widening the affected zones but avoiding deepening them, to maintain the structural integrity of the component. 3. Brush Copper Plating : Using our Brush Copper Plating technology, we meticulously rebuilt the affected areas, restoring the cylinder to its original dimensions. 4. Nickel Capping : To achieve a polished finish and enhance durability, we capped the repaired areas with nickel, giving the cylinder a look and functionality as good as new. 5.
